First of all we will look at the purpose of every role in your firm and then work with your managers to ensure that everyone is clear about the purpose of their job role and the contribution to the firm that job role is responsible for. The output is that every member of your team has a Job Description that truly reflects what they are paid to achieve. This ties in closely with Performance and Development Reviews and both are fundamental in ensuring that employee performance is managed effectively.
