Powering Through Uncertainty - Spring Conference

So, this year we will be holding a Spring Conference hosted by NatWest. This year the conference will be around the topic of “Powering Through Uncertainty” and, given the date of the conference, we're sure it will be very topical and we are assembling a panel of knowledgeable experts who will be offering some GREAT advice to power you through the next period of uncertainty.

We live in unprecedented times, not just in the legal sector, not just in the UK & Europe, but globally.  By the time the conference comes around, we will be just 11 days away from one of the UK's most monumental decisions.  Now is the ideal time to plan a day out of the office, working 'on your business' not 'in' your business.

Sam & Viv will offer their thoughts on how firms of all sizes can deal with this and look at strategies they can employ.  Perhaps the old mantra “Get niche, get big or get out’ might even be uttered!

Supplier Panel

How often do you lean on your suppliers for help?  Do you have a collegiate relationship with them or is it a fractious or combative one where you keep them at arm’s length because you are not happy with their service levels.  We have asked this panel to talk not just about their services and what they offer but more importantly what ‘value’ they can add to a law firm.
