Jo is an experienced HR professional having worked for over 15 years for a range of businesses primarily within the professional services and legal sectors. As Head of HR for a top 100 law firm, Jo was responsible for developing and delivering the HR strategy in line with the goals and objectives of the firm.
Attracting, retaining and developing the best people is one of the biggest challenges facing law firms today and having appropriate HR systems in place which reflect the culture and values of the firm is a crucial part of meeting this challenge.
