Until March 2015, Rachel was a practising Claimant Personal Injury Solicitor of more than 15 years’ standing, having worked for firms of all sizes in London and the surrounding regions. With a natural ability to confidently and effectively network, Rachel was consistently asked to take on additional Legal Marketing and Business Development roles within many of the Law Firms in which she was employed. Rachel started using LinkedIn as a tool for business and network growth and to keep in contact with existing and potential clients, key influencers and strategic alliances. As a result of her activities on LinkedIn, there was a noticeable increase in enquiries into each firm, referrals were made by existing clients, business opportunities were forged and Rachel quickly recognised the enormous potential of social media for those within the legal services industry and beyond.
Since leaving practice, Rachel has worked with over 300 businesses, law firms and other professional service firms within the Thames Valley area and beyond, delivering bespoke and effective Marketing and Business Development services. Rachel has also been asked to present to law firm owners, senior fee earners and executives at events hosted by the Employment Lawyers Association, Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and London Institute of Directors, among others, on the best way to grow a profitable business using Social Media.
To date, Rachel has won a national award and two regional business awards in recognition of her expertise and commitment to helping others succeed. Rachel is currently working with a number of law firms across the UK, offering a full range of social, digital and traditional legal marketing services, including flexible and tailored social media training and account management that focuses on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
